Completion Medal for your achievement. After you complete your run, submit a quick photo of yourself running or walking in your Color Festival shirt. Once we receive your proof of completion, we’ll send your official Color Festival Finisher Medal to celebrate your accomplishment.
Join the community online. After finishing your run, post your photos to social media using #colorfestival #colorrun #colorcraze and tag us so we can celebrate alongside you and feature you with other runners across the country!
Your Virtual Run Packet (T-shirt + surprise gift) is shipped two weeks after you register and delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.
Your Completion Medal is shipped separately after you submit proof of completion. This two-step process ensures you get to enjoy the excitement of wearing your shirt during your run while also rewarding you with a medal for completing the challenge.
Virtual Run vs. Live Event:
Virtual registration is a separate product and does not provide entry to live Color Craze events. Purchasing a Virtual Run package means you are registering for a mailed packet and an independent running experience, not access to on-site activities.
No On-Site Access:
Virtual Run participants cannot pick up packets at live events or enter the festival grounds.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable:
Because Virtual Run packets are custom-prepared and shipped, all sales are final. Registrations cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for a live event ticket.
No. Virtual Run registrations are separate from live event registrations and cannot be exchanged, upgraded, or applied toward in-person admission.
A photo of you running or walking in your Color Festival shirt is enough. GPS tracking, times, or distances are not required.
No. Virtual Run packets and medals are always mailed to ensure fairness and consistency for all participants.
You’ll still keep your shirt and gift, but the medal can only be shipped after proof is submitted. To ensure you receive your medal, please remember to send us your completion photo within 90 days of your registration.
Packets with the T-shirt, and colored powder ship one week after registration. Completion medals ship later, after you submit your proof of completion.
If your packet or medal has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after shipment, contact our support team. We’ll verify your information and assist with a replacement if necessary.
No. The Virtual Run is designed to be flexible. You can run, jog, or walk whatever distance feels right for you.
Yes, you may register multiple participants (such as friends or family) in one order. However, for group registrations, T-shirts and gifts will not be shipped upfront. To prevent misuse, these packets are only shipped after each participant submits proof of completion. Completion medals are also shipped after proof is received.
