Strict Registration Enforcement
Color Craze is a strict private event. It is not open to the general public. Attendance is granted only to individuals who are either:
Personally invited by Color Craze staff, or
Formally approved through our mandatory registration and screening process.
As part of our event security policy, the following conditions must be met:
Each attendee must fully complete their own registration form with accurate, current, and truthful information.
No one may register on behalf of another person. Every individual must submit and sign their own form personally.
Security Enforcement – Zero Tolerance
Anyone found to be:
Submitting incomplete, false, or fraudulent information
Registering guests for them
Failing to disclose accompanying attendees
Falsifying guest names or identities
Circumventing any part of the registration process
…will be denied the event location, immediately disqualified from attending, and permanently banned from all future Color Craze events.
We do not tolerate any attempts to bypass or manipulate the registration system. These rules exist to protect the safety, integrity, and privacy of our attendees.
Location details are only provided to verified and approved registrants. No exceptions.

Color Craze is an ultra-exclusive, premium fun run & festival experience. We completely bypass public spaces, commercial clubs, and standard festival grounds. Every edition of the Craze comes to life inside a heavily vetted, non-public private venue.
To guarantee the absolute safety, comfort, and premium experience of our dedicated festival community, our venues remain entirely unlisted. We actively prevent event-crashing to protect the crowd, the artists, event staff, and the elite energy inside.
To maintain total operational security, the exact physical address are held back and dispatched directly to approved ticket holders when you pickup your color craze packet.

🛡️ Private Property Boundaries & Trespassing Laws
Color Craze operates strictly on non-public, privately owned land. Because these are private estates and closed commercial grounds, our security protocols are enforced by local property laws, not just event staff.
- Criminal Trespassing Charges: Attempting to enter the perimeter, bypass checkpoints, or approach the venue gates without a verified ticket and vehicle parking pass is treated strictly as civil and criminal trespassing on private property. Event security staff is stationed at our outer perimeter and will immediately cite, detain, for arrest, any unauthorized individuals.
- No Gate Sales or Exceptions: There is no physical box office on sight, and no tickets or walk-ups are permitted at the outer perimeter.
- The Location Blackout: Sharing the private venue location, landmarks, or gate instructions with non-approved ticket holders, or those without tickets compromises the event. Anyone found leaking coordinates will have their ticket instantly deactivated without a refund and face a permanent ban from all future global events, and will be detained to be arrested for trespassing.
Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup & Event Security
For the safety of all Color Craze participants and staff, packet pickup will now take place earlier in the day on the same day as the event. Because our event occurs later in the day, sharing the exact location too far in advance creates unnecessary security risks.
Here’s how it works now:
Same-Day Packet Pickup: Shirts, bibs, and swag will be available for pickup earlier in the day. The specific pickup location will be released that morning to approved participants only.
Event-Day Check-In: Your official entry wristband will be distributed at the run site later in the day. Only registered participants with wristbands will be allowed onto the course.

What is Banned
🚫 What NOT to Bring (Strictly Prohibited)
- Unregistered Guests / Plus-Ones: Because our venue is entirely private property, anyone not listed on the locked list will be turned away at the perimeter and risks facing trespassing charges. There are no gate additions.
- Ride-Share Apps (Uber/Lyft): Reminder—there is no drop-off or pick-up zone. If you arrive in a ride-share, the vehicle will be stopped at our outer boundary checkpoints miles out, and you will not be permitted to walk onto the property.
- Dashcams & Professional Recording Gear: To guarantee the absolute privacy of our high-end VIPs, celebrities, and artists, professional cameras, drones, and active dashcams are strictly prohibited. Dashcams must be turned off before you leave your home.
- Weapons, Outside Alcohol, or Illegal Substances: Standard festival security checks will be conducted on all vehicles and bags at the first gate checkpoint.
Parental Verification
Parental Verification Policy
At Color Craze, we believe every burst of color should come with peace of mind. While our events are designed for vibrant fun and unforgettable memories, nothing is more important than participant safety — especially for our youngest runners.
To help protect children and prevent exploitation or trafficking, parental verification is required for all minors (under 18). This process confirms that every child attending is registered and accompanied by a verified parent or legal guardian.
Who Needs Verification
Important Notice
Participants without verified parental status will not be granted event access, location details, or entry under any circumstances. This policy helps us maintain a secure, family-friendly environment where everyone can experience the joy of Color Craze safely and confidently.
Parking Information
We prioritize discretion and safety from the moment you approach the perimeter.
- Complimentary Secure Parking: To ensure a seamless, upscale arrival, secure on-site parking is fully complimentary and included with all approved passes. No hidden parking fees at the gate.
- Pre-Registered Vehicles Only: Your parking clearance is tied directly to the license plate registered on your registration application. Unlisted vehicles will be denied entry past our initial security line.
- Strict No Ride-Share Policy: Due to the private nature of our venues and strict perimeter controls, ride-share services (Ubers, Lyfts, or commercial taxis) are strictly prohibited and will be blocked at the outer boundary checkpoints. All attendees must arrive in a personally registered, pre-manifested private vehicle to be granted property access.
Name Vehicle Changes
⛔ CRITICAL: Profile & Vehicle Hard-Lock Notice
To maintain absolute security on our private festival grounds, all guest name changes and vehicle updates will lock completely 30 days before the event date.
Make sure your arrival details are finalized before this deadline:
- Name Changes Locked: The name on your Luna Ticket, and our registration form must perfectly match your physical government-issued ID at the gate, and be your current and correct address. You cannot transfer, reassign, or change the name or license plate number after the 30-day cutoff.
- Vehicle License Plate Number Locked: Your vehicle type and license plate number must be permanently submitted before the 30-day mark. Our perimeter security database will hard-lock, and only recognize pre-registered vehicles will be allowed in.
- No Exceptions / No Gate Swaps: If a vehicle plate or guest name does not match our locked manifest on the day of the event, access to the private property will be legally denied under criminal trespassing laws. No last-minute changes can be accommodated at the gates.
Virtual Run
How Our Virtual Run Works
We know that not everyone is ready for live events yet, or sometimes schedules just don’t allow for it. That’s why we offer two types of virtual tickets so you can participate on your own terms:
Basic Virtual Ticket – Includes downloadable swag so you can enjoy the experience from anywhere.
VIP Virtual Ticket – Includes a special gift of your choice: either a Color Festival T-Shirt, a Run Medal, or another exclusive keepsake.
With either ticket, you can complete the run at your own pace and in any location you choose. VIP packages are shipped to your door within 2 weeks after you complete the virtual registration form is completed and submitted.
Once you complete your run take a photo of you in our T-Shirt, medal, or completion certificate and upload it onto your social media and use the hashtags #colorfestival #colorrun #colorcraze and tag us in your photo.
Universal Tickets
Universal Ticket Policy
Universal Tickets may only be redeemed at Color Craze events where regular ticket sales are still open. If an event is marked as sold out or regular ticket sales have closed (meaning you don’t see any human tickets open), Universal Tickets cannot be applied for that location. This is because all available participant spots have already been taken. Please check the event’s ticket availability before planning to use your Universal Ticket.
