Strict Registration Enforcement
Color Craze is a strictly private event. It is not open to the general public. Attendance is granted only to individuals who are either:
Personally invited by Color Craze staff, or
Formally approved through our mandatory registration and screening process.
As part of our event security policy, the following conditions must be met:
Each attendee must fully complete their own registration form with accurate, current, and truthful information.
No one may register on behalf of another person. Every individual must submit and sign their own form personally.
Security Enforcement – Zero Tolerance
Anyone found to be:
Submitting incomplete, false, or fraudulent information
Registering guests without listing them
Failing to disclose accompanying attendees
Falsifying guest names or identities
Circumventing any part of the registration process
…will be denied the event location, immediately disqualified from attending, and permanently banned from all future Color Craze events.
We do not tolerate any attempts to bypass or manipulate the registration system. These rules exist to protect the safety, integrity, and privacy of our attendees.
Location details are only provided to verified and approved registrants. No exceptions.
Packet Pickup & Event Security
For the safety of all Color Craze participants and staff, we no longer host packet pickup at the run site the night before. Sharing the exact location too far in advance creates unnecessary security risks.
Here’s how it works now:
Off-Site Packet Pickup: Shirts, bibs, and swag will be available at designated partner pickup spots before event day.
Event-Day Check-In: Your official entry wristband will only be distributed at the run site on the day of the event. This ensures that only registered participants gain access to the course.

At Color Craze, vibrant energy and unforgettable fun are what we’re all about, but nothing matters more than the safety of our participants, especially our youngest ones. To ensure a secure environment and help combat child trafficking and exploitation, we require all minors (under 18) to be accompanied by a verified parent or legal guardian. This allows us to confidently protect every child present and maintain a trusted space where families can play without worry.
Who Needs Verification?
Universal Ticket Policy
Universal Tickets may only be redeemed at Color Craze events where regular ticket sales are still open. If an event is marked as sold out or regular ticket sales have closed, Universal Tickets cannot be applied for that location. This is because all available participant spots have already been taken. Please check the event’s ticket availability before planning to use your Universal Ticket.
Details about parking will be included in the event information email sent out before the event.
How our virtual run works?
We understand many are not ready for live events still just yet, and many are busy people with no time to physically attend, so we offer a virtual package. With our virtual package you get to complete the run on your own time and pace, in the location of your choice and receive our Color Festival T-Shirt and a gift from us within your packet. Your Race Package is shipped out to your front door 2-5 business days after you sign up. Once you complete your run take a photo of you in our T-Shirt and upload it onto your social media and use the hashtags #colorfestival #colorrun #colorcraze and tag us in your photo.
